1285 Sutter Street

1285 Sutter is a 13-story, mixed-use project located in San Francisco at the corner of Van Ness and Sutter Streets. The residential tower contains 107 sustainability-designed apartment units and a modern lobby with amenity spaces that total 240,000 sf. The concrete frame development also features 10,000 sf of retail space on the ground floor, two levels of underground parking, and an adjoining courtyard. Set back from Van Ness, the building continues the street’s existing cornice line and links the project to its urban context. In addition to the use of recycled and sustainable materials, sustainable design strategies include Eco Green Roofs with water efficient native plant selections and a community herb garden incorporated in the landscape selection.
